Models usually have really smooth and clear skin, an evenly symetrical face, and a full set of hair on their head. Since different types of models require unique heights and weights, those traits will vary depending on your modeling goals Working with a trainer who works with models can help you obtain the body you need. Personal trainers can help you in getting a physique that is needed to become a model.

This is great because there are many different types of people of different shapes and sizes. Named below are types of models and the physical traits they have:

Plus size model – If you have a full, thick and curvy body than being a plus size model would be a good fit. Catwalk Model ‚ If your body type is tall (5′7 and taller) you have the physique to become a model on the catwalk.

Underwear Model – If you have big breast and narrow hips than you should look into being an underwear model If you don’t believe any of those fit you don’t worry there are many more types of models such as foot, hair, hand, and face models. A few looks you should look into are the European type look, the California girl look, the New York style look. Know which ones you can pull off but also try to pull of other looks.
